Frequently asked questions

Why is my TV reception so poor?

There can be a number of reasons for poor TV reception such as weather conditions, to signal obstructions (like trees and tall buildings).

Can my TV be fixed in my home?

It depends on the manufacture, fault and work required. For example, if a fault is intermittent this is generally taken into the workshop for diagnosis.

The screen on my TV is cracked, can it be repaired?

It could but generally, the cost of a new screen does not make the repair cost effective.

How Long will it take to repair?

This all depends on the fault, a stright forward fault is normally repaired within 24-48hrs, intermittent faults can take longer to find the issue so require longer testing before return.
